Turning small wishes into BIG impact for local nonprofits!

The Heart of the Valley Chamber’s NEW Wish List Program is here to help nonprofits with items that support your team, make your work easier, or bring a little extra comfort and joy to the people you serve.

We know budgets are tight, and sometimes the things that can make a big difference simply don’t make it into the budget. Each cycle, the Chamber will grant a series of small but impactful wishes ($50–$500 each) to multiple nonprofits across the Heart of the Valley area  Whatever is on your wish list, we want to hear about it!

That could look like:

▪ A new printer or office chair for your team
▪ Art supplies for a youth program
▪ Warm blankets or hygiene kits for clients
▪Folding tables, shelving, or storage bins
▪Volunteer appreciation items or event materials
▪Speaker & microphone or chromebook or tablet 
▪Event tents, banners, or extension cords 

▪Office supplies, copy paper, envelopes, stamps
▪Small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, laminator, etc.) 
▪
Cleaning or maintenance tools (brooms, vacuums, etc.) 
▪Snacks, bottled water, or beverages for volunteers

Application Timeline for Winter 2026 Wish Cycle

  • January 1 – Applications Open
  • January 31 – Applications Due at 12pm
  • Feb 1-5– Applications are reviewed by committee
  • February 16-18 – Nonprofit wish items delivered

To be eligible to apply for a Wish List Grant, an applicant must: 

  • Be a 501c3 nonprofit primarily serving the Heart of the Valley/Fox Valley area.  
  • Priority will be given to a current member of the Heart of the Valley Chamber of Commerce 
  • Request funding for specific, one-time needs (not ongoing operational expenses or sponsorships).
