Networking – Expanding Your Contacts

Networking After Hours – The Chamber offers its members the opportunity to make other business contacts at these after hours events. No admission fee, no speakers. Just bring enough business cards to keep you networking all evening.
Annual Golf Outing – Every year this event offers a day of fun designed to give the participants a chance to network on the golf course and at the dinner after.
Taste from the Heart – This annual event offers our members the opportunity to sample the best foods of the valley, bid on some great prizes and make contacts.
Annual Dinner & Awards Event – Come celebrate the past, the present and an exciting future! We invite you to bring a guest, bring a friend or treat your staff to a night of making connections, entertainment, and delicious food!

Listing in the Membership Directory – We distribute this valuable resource to our members and others who use it to find the products and services they need. All members are listed free and additional advertising is available.
Listing in the Online Membership Directory – The basic listing included with your membership includes your company name, address, primary contact and phone number. Visitors to the site find your listings by category, keyword, or viewing an alphabetical listing.
Member Web Page – The basic listing includes your company name, address, phone, fax, website, and the categories you are listed in. Your company may be listed in an unlimited number of categories.
New Member Photo – We publish all new member photos and business names on this website, the Heart Beat Chamber Newsletter and on our Facebook page.
The Membership Plaque – All members receive a membership plaque, which is a symbol of your good corporate citizenship and identifies you as an important part of the Heart of the Valley business community.
Brochure Display – Our high traffic lobby has a Members Only Display Area for your marketing information.
Member to Member Discounts – Offer a discount to your fellow members and your business gets a place on our website with links to your website.
Business Referrals – The Chamber fields hundreds of calls from people looking for services. We refer our callers and visitors only to our member businesses.
Ribbon Cuttings, Grand Opening and Groundbreakings – This service is available to all Chamber members. We provide the ceremonial scissors, ribbon and Chamber presence through our Business Development Group. We’ll also highlight your event on our website, in the Heart Beat Newsletter, on our Facebook page, and on our E-newsletter.
Annual Business Awards – The Chamber annually recognizes its business members who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in community service, innovative business strategy and customer service. Nomination alone for one of these prestigious awards brings recognition to your company.

Additional Marketing Opportunities

Heart Beat Newsletter – Our monthly newsletter publication provides two different opportunities for low cost advertising. This is also a great place to publicize your business news updates free of charge. See our additional advertising opportunities. for more information.
Enhanced Website Listings – The basic listing included with your membership includes your Company Name, Contact, Address, Phone, Fax and website in unlimited categories. In order to make your listing stand out, we give you enhanced options such as adding your company logo, description, photos, videos, and coupons.
Premium Listing Options – Your business will be displayed at the top of your category. You do not need to have the Enhanced Website Listing in order to have a Premium Listing. The cost for placement is based on a 6-month agreement and is on a first come, first serve basis.
E-newsletter – This weekly email news & events update offers you a chance to advertise your business along with special announcements and happenings. Contact Diane for E-newsletter advertising.
Chamber Gift Certificate Program – Having sold over $1 million in gift certificates, this program supports our member businesses like no other. Gift certificates work just like cash and can be used at almost 100 area merchants. The Chamber also advertises the Gift Certificate Program
Sponsorships – Sponsoring one of the Chamber’s premier events will increase your exposure to business and community leaders and members.

Conference Room Rental – Enjoy free use of the Chamber’s lower level Conference Room which is a good solution for holding off-site seminars, staff meetings and presentations. Click here for a rental contract.
Legislative Developments – The Chamber will provide you the chance to meet your local, state and federal legislators and keep you informed of legislative developments affecting local business.
Educational Programs – Throughout the year the Chamber may host a variety of programs and workshops on various aspects of business.
