All personal and credit card information entered on this page will not be distributed by ChamberMaster or the Heart of the Valley Chamber of Commerce and will be kept confidential. Notice of cancellations/requests for refunds of event fees, registrations, classes, etc. must be received no later than one week prior to the event or class for a full refund to be issued. Notice of cancellations/requests for refunds received at least three business days prior to the event or class may qualify for a refund of 50% at the discretion of the Heart of the Valley Chamber of Commerce. Cancellations/refund requests which do not fall within the guidelines stated above will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Heart of the Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Refunds of sponsorships or advertisement fee’s will be issued in full when the Heart of the Valley Chamber of Commerce is notified of the cancellation at least two months prior to the event or production. For sponsorship or advertisement refund requests which do not comply with the terms above please contact the Heat of the Valley Chamber of Commerce to have the request reviewed.
Heat of the Valley Chamber of Commerce does not refund payments for membership.
