Renewal by Andersen is the replacement division of Andersen Corporation, North America’s largest window and door manufacturer. Renewal by Andersen of Northeastern Wisconsin is the exclusive retailer and installer of Renewal by Andersen products in the northeast and east central areas of Wisconsin. We are focused on providing high quality, sustainable, and energy efficient products with the highest level of customer service available in the home improvement industry.

Event Specialist

  • Flexible, part-time scheduling
  • $10 per hour, mileage paid for offsite events, performance-based bonuses


  • Represent our company at community events such as fairs, festivals, home shows and more.
  • Help set up and tear down booths at indoor/outdoor events.
  • Collect and accurately record homeowner information and schedule appointments for our in-home consultations.

Neighborhood Marketing Team Member

  • Part time, Afternoon-Evening and Saturday hours, some flexibility
  • $10.50 per hour, performance-based bonuses and incentives, current team members are making $20+ per hour when bonuses are accounted for


  • Visit targeted neighborhoods door-to-door to introduce Renewal by Andersen to homeowners.
  • Provide information about products and services to homeowners.
  • Collect homeowner information and set appointment for in-home consultation.

Scheduling Coordinator

  • Part Time Evenings and Saturdays
  • $12 per hour plus performance-based bonuses


  • Answer phone calls, collect information, and schedule appointments.
  • Follow up with past customers and prospects to schedule or reschedule appointments.
  • Greet customers in our showroom and provide information on products and services


  • Must be organized, detail oriented, and have great communication skills
  • Must be able to work week days from mid-afternoon to early evening and Saturday morning

Install Tech

  • Full time with full benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance and Retirement plan)
  • $12-$14 per hour, depending on experience, performance-based bonuses


  • Assist in the removal of old windows and doors
  • Assist Certified Master Installers in the installation of new Renewal by Andersen windows and doors
  • Set up and tear down job site including special care to protect the home and clean up after


  • Ability to climb ladders/scaffolding while carrying windows weighing up to 200lbs
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Must have basic hand tools

Job Title: Pest Control Technician / Helper
